Pick up the Pearluster eyeshadow with an eye brush. Tap to get rid of the excess. Sweep eyeshadow onto your entire eyelid, starting from the inner corner and work outwards.

Sweep lightly for a hint of shimmery color or pat it on for a more intense finish. Layer to darken as desired.
